The Return of G2E: Pavilion Payments Demonstrates Industry-Leading Solutions

Presented annually by the American Gaming Association (AGA), the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) is the world's premier gathering of commercial and tribal gaming professionals. Since last year's G2E was virtual, Pavilion Payments had the invaluable opportunity to connect with attendees in-person this year and discuss what the future of gaming has in store for operators and patrons alike.

Christopher Justice, CEO of Pavilion Payments Gaming Solutions and AGA board member participated in the panel session "Industry & Researchers: How to Work Together Better." Justice, Jennifer Shatley, and Bill Pascrell III discussed how the gaming industry and researchers could collaborate without betraying proprietary data or impacting researchers' credibility. As more Americans view gaming as a mainstream form of entertainment, the demand for research and its impact will only grow.

Pavilion Payments understands the importance of research to help move the industry forward. In 2020, Global Payments partnered with the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) International Gaming Institute to analyze the industry's transition toward cashless wagering, another key theme of the conference. The casino's need for modernized payment offerings has shifted from luxury to demand due to increasing consumer expectations and the COVID-19 public health crisis.

As an industry leader, Pavilion Payments has been working hard to change the face of payments in the gaming industry. Pavilion Payments showcased VIP Mobility™, VIP Financial Center™, and VIP Shield this year at G2E. VIP Mobility™ is the industry's first mobile solution enabling cashless gaming from funding through cash-out. Unlike other solutions, VIP Mobility doesn't require additional technology certifications on the casino floor, creating an effortless transition to cashless gaming for operators.

Recently, Pavilion Payments partnered with Engaged Nation to lead our digital nurturing strategy for patrons. As our strategic marketing and communications partner, Engaged Nation will design, build, and manage electronic messaging, including emails, player adoption, enrollment, internal team training, and ongoing engagement. Engaged Nation's continuous efforts aim to increase the usage of VIP Mobility's products and services, supporting Pavilion Payments' overall sales and growth.

VIP Mobility interoperates with VIP Financial Center, the industry's first full-service solution providing convenient self-service TITO tickets, bill breaking, e-check, ATM, and cash advance capabilities to casino guests who prefer cash. VIP Financial Center enhances the player experience and helps casinos maximize spending across all physical and digital properties.

Finally, booth visitors learned about the latest enhancements to VIP Shield, our leading solution that provides Title 31 and IRS reporting assistance to casino operators. Initially developed in 2018, VIP Shield eliminates manual processes surrounding Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and provides enhanced compliance assistance.

Pavilion Payments' integrated suite of solutions equips operators with the latest technology to deliver seamless and secure funding to patrons who prefer a cash or cashless experience.
