Dan Connors

Chief Executive Officer
Dan Connors has over 35 years of experience leading small, medium and large organizations in a variety of industries. Dan has managed 7 different companies, including 5 as CEO, and always with a very customer-centric approach. Dan continues to serve as the Chairman of ScentAir, a leading supplier to the gaming industry. He also practiced law in Washington, DC for 10 years and additionally taught finance courses in the MBA program at the University of Notre Dame. As CEO, Dan leads strategic decision-making and oversees day-to-day operations to help Pavilion Payments grow its business and remain a dominant force in gaming payments. Jeff Weekley

Chief Financial Officer
Jeff Weekley has 20 years of experience in Finance departments at companies such as Accenture, Verizon, Iron Mountain, and Global Payments. In his 10 years at Global Payments, he spent 7 years leading the finance team dedicated to the Gaming business. As our Executive Vice President, Operations & Chief People Officer, Jim has executive oversight of Human Resources functions while also being responsible for Customer Service & Support, Customer Implementation, Check Services & Operations and Supply Chain & Logistics. With  more than 25 years of Human Capital leadership experience, Jim is a seasoned professional who brings leadership and expertise to Pavilion.
