Dan Connors is the Executive Chairman at Pavilion Payments. With over 35 years of leadership experience, he specializes in organizational management, strategic growth, and financial oversight. At Pavilion Payments, Dan guides the company's vision, makes key executive decisions, and oversees daily operations, helping the company maintain its leadership in gaming payments.

Dan holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, a JD from The Ohio State University, an LLM in Securities Regulation from Georgetown University, and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School. He also served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force, with assignments at The Pentagon and The White House.

Dan’s leadership philosophy is rooted in customer-centric decision-making and operational excellence. In his free time, he enjoys restoring classic cars and collecting rock and roll memorabilia.

Jim Del Rosario is Pavilion Payments' Chief People Officer, responsible for leading the company’s Human Resources strategy, talent development, and organizational culture. With over 25 years of experience in human capital leadership, Jim brings deep expertise in employee engagement, operational efficiency, and workforce transformation to Pavilion Payments. 

Before joining Pavilion Payments, Jim held senior HR leadership roles at Ventra Health, where he served as SVP of HR, and at Sonos, leading HR strategy during a period of significant growth. He also has global talent leadership experience from his time at SAP and Siebel Systems, where he was instrumental in driving HR initiatives across multiple markets and enhancing workforce performance.

Jim is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering a strong company culture, and aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive long-term success. 

Lori Lawson is the Chief Operations Officer at Pavilion Payments, bringing 30 years of experience in technology solutions, operations, and payments with a strong focus in the gaming industry. She leads Customer Success, Gaming Operations, and Service Delivery, driving operational efficiency and delivering exceptional client experiences. 

Lori has a strong track record in project management, enterprise technology delivery, and operational transformation. She was instrumental in helping transition Pavilion Payments to a stand-alone company, overseeing critical operations to support long-term scalability. She also led the creation of the L2 Technical Resolution Helpdesk and the rollout of a new ticketing system to enhance service delivery.

A certified Six Sigma Blackbelt, Lori’s leadership is rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. She is passionate about streamlining processes and delivering measurable value to customers.

Outside of work, Lori enjoys painting, crafting, golfing, and gardening. 

Angelo Palmisano is the Chief Product Officer at Pavilion Payments, bringing more than 35 years of experience across the global gaming technology industry. He specializes in product development, gaming systems, and innovation across casino technology and payments. Angelo leads the company’s product and innovation strategy, overseeing product development and design as Pavilion continues to evolve its platform and expand solutions for casino operators.

As the founder of Paltronics, Angelo built the company into a global gaming technology provider before the North American division was acquired by Aristocrat Technologies in 2014. Following the acquisition, he joined Aristocrat as Senior Vice President of Global Strategy and Innovation, where he helped evolve the company’s systems portfolio into a multi-property enterprise platform and supported major deployments with leading casino operators.

Prior to joining Pavilion Payments, Angelo served as Chief Strategy Officer for Win Systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Kaiu Pettigrew is the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Pavilion Payments. With more than 25 years of experience across gaming, hospitality, financial services, and payments technology, Kaiu brings deep expertise in enterprise technology leadership, cybersecurity, compliance, infrastructure, and operational strategy. At Pavilion Payments, she leads the company’s technology organization and helps drive alignment across IT, risk, technology, and product teams as the company continues investing in its platform and operational capabilities.
 
Prior to joining Pavilion Payments, Kaiu held senior leadership and consulting roles across the gaming, hospitality, and financial services industries, where she led technology and operational initiatives focused on infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, and payments. Her experience spans both gaming operations and financial technology environments, helping organizations modernize systems, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth.
 
Kaiu is passionate about mentorship, community involvement, and supporting the next generation of women in technology and leadership. She actively supports programs focused on empowering young professionals and students pursuing careers in cybersecurity and technology. Outside of work, Kaiu enjoys spending time with her family and creating traditional Hawaiian shell jewelry.

Jeff Silvestri is the Chief Legal Officer at Pavilion Payments, bringing over 25 years of legal expertise to his role. He manages the company’s legal, regulatory, and compliance strategies, ensuring the highest standards of compliance across operations. Before joining Pavilion Payments, Jeff was a partner at one of Nevada’s largest law firms, where he advised clients on regulatory, gaming, administrative, and litigation matters.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA, a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of San Diego School of Law, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School. His professional philosophy revolves around strategic legal oversight and ensuring strong compliance frameworks to support sustainable business growth.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling to new destinations, and perfecting his golf game.
