Pavilion Payments Showcases Industry-Leading Solutions at WIGA 2023

A highly anticipated event was a success for the gaming industry this week. The 2023 Northwest Indian Gaming Conference and Expo (WIGA) facilitated an inviting and welcoming event for community members to learn more about the current state of tribal gaming in Washington and throughout Indian Country. Attendees from around the country gathered in Shelton, Washington, from June 19th to June 21st to gain insight from industry and community leaders.

WIGA attendees received up-to-date information on gaming technology, management solutions, gaming regulations and the current political issues that affect tribal gaming operations. As an industry leader, Pavilion Payments looks forward to attending this event yearly to educate, learn and network while also supporting the convention's cultural celebration of success, strength and self-reliance. Michael Minor, Executive VP of Sales at Pavilion Payments, spoke on a panel during the breakout sessions on Tuesday to discuss the benefits of cashless gaming solutions. Minor and the panelists dove into impacts to the cage and overall opportunities of a cashless environment as well as touching on adoption rates, technology, account management, liabilities, TITO, cash inventory and more.

On the WIGA floor, Pavilion Payments showcased its most innovative integrated payments ecosystem and its suite of products and services. This includes the industry-standard e-check network, VIP Preferred®, to allow patrons simple access to funds with bank-grade security and VIP Mobility™, the industry’s first mobile solution enabling true cashless gaming.

Pavilion Payments shared industry expertise on ways casino operators can offer a state-of-the-art casino experience with modern technology and best practices for operators to ensure their gaming and compliance requirements are in place.
