REF [External] Register For Private Content Access

This reference guide was created to instruct individuals on completing registration to gain access to the private content provided through your business relationship with Pavilion Payments.

Please follow the instructions below to request access to the private content provided by Global Payments Gaming Solutions’ myVIP Premier Support, VIP Playbook, and VIP Help Center.

REQUEST PRIVATE CONTENT ACCESS

To access the complete VIP Premier Support Program, please click the link below to fill out the access request form using your company email address.

Secured portions of the VIP Premier Support Program are provided solely for merchants and employees who are currently contracted with Pavilion Payments.

*All user requests are subject to review and approval by PP site administrators.


 

1.)  Click here to register >

After submitting the VIP Premier Support Access Form, Pavilion Payments will review and approve your registration request.  If approved, your account will then receive authorization to access the private content provided through your business relationship with GPGS.

*The registration process takes approximately 24-48 hours to complete. 

**Please ensure that you use your work email address to register, or your request may be denied if we are unable to validate your business relationship.

 

2.)  Once your request for private content access has been reviewed, you will receive an email stating that you have either been approved or denied.

*If you haven't received an email notifying you of the status of your request within 24-48 hours, please check your spam filter or enterprise spam filter.

3.)  If approved, you will then receive an email invitation to register for the VIP Playbook and VIP Help Center.

    • The registration email will look like this:

    • When you click the Register to view content link in the email, you will be redirected to set up your password.
    • At this step, the registration process is complete, and you have gained access to an immediate resource, filled with the insights needed most to help you optimize your guest experience and deliver profitable growth.
